What's the cancellation policy?
If at least 24 hours notice is provided, you will receive a full refund in the form of credits towards future bookings. There is no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure time.

When should I arrive at the pickup location?
Please arrive 15 minutes before all scheduled departures. The cruise will leave the dock at the scheduled departure time.
